The spread of the new Coronavirus caused many different problems, whether a large number were infected, some died, or even increased chances of depression!

One of the main causes of depression is the loss of a family member or friend as a result of infection with the Coronavirus and the inability to see those around you and communicate with them personally, in addition to financial problems that may cause fatigue and a great burden on most.


The researchers reported that in order to reduce this risk, it is important to take some steps that help reduce the chances of developing depression, including:



Communicate with others over the phone on a daily basis
Exercising at home
Take a break from reading and watching the news
Follow a healthy diet
Try doing activities that help you feel better, such as meditation.
